Instability of the ligaments – a common enough phenomenon that reduces the quality of life of patients with this disease. The purpose of this study is to examine publication activity of clinicians and scientists working on the issue of knee replacement in cases where it is necessary to treat the dysfunction of the ligamentous apparatus. To accomplish this goal have been explored foreign and domestic, hospital and instrumental research results. Thus, were identified the difficulties encountered in the course of reconstructive operations and outline the possible perspectives for further study of the affected subjects.
