For the purpose of studying of structurally functional changes of heart and features of a hemodynamics at patients with the diabetes mellitus 2 types complicated by a syndrome of diabetic foot 62 patients at the age of 55-70 years are examined. Surveyed carried out an echocardiography with assessment of transmitral and transtrikuspidalny streams and also the sizes of cavities of heart. At patients with a diabetes mellitus the diastolic dysfunction of the right and left ventricles which was more expressed at patients with a syndrome of diabetic foot is taped. In group of patients with the complicated current of a diabetes mellitus more expressed augmentation of the sizes of the left auricle and right ventricle was observed.
