Problems and prospects of development of the automated control system of immunoprophylaxis of the population

The article analyzes the use of automated control systems for immunization of the population in order to identify existing problems and suggests possible ways to solve them. It is proposed to combine and optimize the information bases of various automated systems of immunization management into a single information system with transfer to the cloud storage, implement an ergonomic, intuitive user interface, record and check the quality of vaccines through automatic identification with bar codes. It is important to ensure the security of personal data with the help of information security tools (including encryption (cryptographic) means, means to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage through technical channels, software and technical impacts on technical means of processing personal data), as well as information used in the information system technologies. The article contains proposals on the development and necessary information filling of the databases of the automated control system for immunoprophylaxis. Statistical processing of data in the system and their visualization will allow to automate the process of registering vaccinations at all its stages, predicting their timely need, which will allow within a single distributed system to provide a solution to the whole range of tasks to manage immunoprophylaxis and improve its effectiveness
