Clinical features and treatment of vulvovaginitis in girls

The paper describes the results of the survey girls a neutral period of life who were hospitalized in Department of pediatric and adolescent gynecology about vulvovaginitis. Was analyzed the features of the neonatal history: intrauterine infection during pregnancy, premature birth, growth and body mass at birth (the syndrome of delayed fetal development), especially the development of the first year of life and child care. When collecting somatic anamnesis into account information about migrated children's diseases, said the data allergological anamnesis, the presence of pathology of different organs and systems. Special methods of examination: anthropometry, gynecological examination, bacteriological and bacterioscopic investigation of vaginal discharge. Found that vulvovaginitis neutral period of life, as in children under three years of age, and in older age there are the same (49.4% and 50.5%). However, it should be noted that all girls up to 1 year was established synechia vulva that blunt was disconnected. Summing up the analysis of the factors contributing to the persistence of vaginitis in girls, we can say that the unfavorable course of the perinatal period violate the adaptation of the child and may predispose to the occurrence of vulvovaginitis in girls. The presence of persistent and prolonged course of vulvovaginitis in girls in this age group, also due to the presence of somatic pathology of infectious and non-infectious origin allergic background and child care leading to impairment of the protective functions of the mucous membranes of the lower genital tract. A wide range of the drug Polygynax Virgo, no side effects and complications, as well as a comfortable form of introduction ensures high compliance of therapy. Use of the drug Polygynax Virgo would be appropriate as the drug of choice for etiotropic therapy of vaginitis in girls.
