Modern representations of a lesion of a vascular bed at sick of an arterial hypertensia on a background of a diabetes of 2 types

Arterial hypertension is the main risk factor for the development of acute cardiovascular disease, leading to disability of the population and disability at a young age. The presence of diabetes in the patient leads to progression and deterioration of the clinical condition, as well as acute death. There are many theories and ideas about the damage of the vascular bed in these patients. In this review, current views of the vascular lesion are considered.
