The article presents the possibilities of using ultrasound transillumination monitoring of organ hemodynamics for the evaluation of interaction and transformation of arterial flows during surgical pathology. In this study, when a pathological process appeared, specific criteria for changing the spectral curve were revealed for various pathological processes. Compensatory hemodynamic mechanisms of blood flow enhancement were found in the form of the appearance of a diastolic component, increased resistance, transformation and severity of collateral arterial flow.

Keywords:ultrasound transillumination monitoring, interaction of arterial flows, organ hemodynamics.
