Markets in financial instruments in recent years have developed rapidly. However, much research has been devoted to financial instruments transactions on OTC markets, the same instruments that are traded on the exchange have been studied less intensively. This article is devoted to the basic aspects of the clearing houses - central counterparties in the field of stock trading in financial instruments.
