The Reasons for Basel III Implementation, its Characteristics and Expected Effects for Russia

The article analyses local and international banking activity of the Russian Federation, taking in to consideration new regulations in this area, which are called Basel-III. Article analyses long run strategic goals of Russia: to enter in to the international banking system and not to lose their economic independence and reliability at the same time.
