The organization of syndicated financing of innovative projects development institutions by establishing a special organization

This article deals with the problems of improving the mechanisms of financing of innovative projects development institutions. It is proposed to use the syndicated financing in public private partnership scheme with the use of a special organization. The principles of syndicated financing (loans). There is a scheme of cash flows in accordance with the proposed mechanism.
