Development of practical recommendations about formation of system of a personnel reserve

In article practice of formation of a personnel reserve. The factors influencing creation of a reserve of shots are formulated. The conclusion that one of directions of work with a personnel reserve is an education of successors, that is candidates on replacement of concrete positions of the top echelon becomes.
