Conceptual model of plea bargains

The article concerns questions of сonceptual model of plea bargains including a subsystem of the special legal principles defining specifics of this institute, and also theoretical and practical justification of the put-forward offers is stated. In article questions of the bases for the conclusion and cancellation of pre-judicial cooperation agreements, responsibility for violation of their conditions, an order of the statement and consideration of the corresponding petition of the suspect and accused are in detail considered, specific proposals on current legislation improvement are formulated.
