Management of the economy of the North Caucasus Federal District in the transition to innovative development

The current investment in the North Caucasus Federal District, in large part, directed at the development of industry, recreation and tourism on the energy sector. At the same time, as the general statistics, despite the development of innovation, global change in the region's development does not occur. The study identified factors that significantly inhibit the development of the region. Modernization implies a creation of a completely new system of relationships and human interactions with the state. Innovation should develop and improve the region, as well as all areas of the macro and micro levels. From this perspective, the fundamental principles by which should improve the efficiency of regional innovation management.
