Problems of innovative development of the economy of the North Caucasus Federal District and solutions

The survey of economic indicators showed that the regional contribution of the authorities at the macro and micro level is insignificant. In the North Caucasus Federal District, areas such as economy, science, social services are still not at a good level. The new federal program encourages the region to the economic growth and development of innovative technologies, using old and new methods of modernization, as well as combinations of schemes used in North Caucasus Federal District. The main purpose of the program - to correct all errors of past developments and create a completely new method of development.
