Some historical aspects of the legal regulation of contracts in respect of real estate in Russia

This article explores some of the historical aspects of the legal regulation of contracts in respect of real estate in Russia, including the initial stage of these contracts and the term "real estate" in the Russian law, the pre-revolutionary period of the legal regulation of these contracts, particularly an understanding of real estate in Soviet period
