Essential characteristics and mechanism of building a modern labor market

The pressing questions sanctified to consideration of essence and mechanisms of construction of modern labour-market are investigational in the article. The walkthrough of different approaches of home and foreign scientists is conducted to interpretation of economic concept "Labour-market". The mechanism of construction and functioning of labour-market is studied in detail, his distinguishing features inherent to the administratively-command economy and open market are educed. A separate accent is done on state methods and methods of adjusting of labour-market, and also on the motivational constituent of mechanism of construction of modern labour-market. The list of principles, on that it is necessary to lean in the process of choice and development of mechanism of construction of modern labour-market, is set forth.
