The problem of reconstruction K. Pobedonostsev's views on the structure of the russian monarchy

We consider the critical ratio of the Procurator of the Holy Synod, made by K. Pobedonostsev to attempt to explain the structure of the conservative supporters of the monarchy in Russia, using the theoretical mechanisms in this article. From the perspective of a historical figure, not a monarchy form of government, which is characterized by a set of distinctive features. To confirm the data presented in the article abstracts documentary and archival materials of personal correspondence with K.P.Pobedonostsev conservatism post-reform Russia.
