Juvenile delinquency: criminal and criminological aspects

This article is devoted to the study of criminal law and criminological aspects of juvenile delinquency. The article analyzes the applicable criminal law of persons aged 14 to 18 years.Some measures for counteraction of crime of teenagers are offered.
