Effective system of loan pricing: basic principles and approaches to implementation

The article focuses on creating an effective system of loan pricing. It presents main principles of pricing. The author studies the problem of separating functions of units of a credit institution that take part in rate making and developing conditions of provision of banking services. The author suggests an approach to the problem, which allows obtaining reliable estimates of risks and profitability of credit operations ensuring basic principles of pricing.
