Object of concession agreement

The concession agreement is rather new legal institute as its origin in modern legal system is connected with acceptance in 2005 of the Federal law "About concession agreements". For this insignificant period of existence of this agreement the legislator brought a set of editings in the existing federal law that is caused by established practices of application and realities of existing legal reality. Evolution of the concession agreement happens, including, thanks to laborious work of scientific researchers on identification of requirements of modernization of this legal phenomenon. Throughout work on research of a perspective of concession agreements in the present article analysis of structure of concession legal relationship, namely its such element, as object is carried out. According to the author, in this direction the legislator didn't consider existing universal tendencies of development in regulation of this element of the structure, promoting improvement of investment appeal of concessions and large-scale implementation of projects of state-private partnership (further in the text - GChP).
