State regime: constitutional and legal aspects

Research topic: types of state regimes, which are determined by the dependence of the role of higher bodies of state power (of heads of States, parliaments, governments) in the implementation of the delegated to them powers of their political affiliation, which is changed after the election. In article the bases for classification of the state modes are offered. Thus in a basis of classification it is put subject and functional approaches. On the basis of this classification the characteristic of the concrete states is given.
