About the use of explanations receiving by frontier agencies investigators in a course of the crime message verification

The article considers the problem of the use of explanations receiving by border troops investigators during the initiation of legal proceedings. The author proposes positive effect by legislative establishment standard of the law witch allows officials to use explanations for finding – out an occasion of the initiation of a criminal case.
