Relationship of strategic planning and plan

The article describes the concept as part of strategic planning. Here the idea is considered, not as a kind of model, plan, where the focus is concentrated on the process, but as an idea, where the focus is concentrated on the result. The hypothesis is that the plan expresses a certain plan, based on which one can build a variety of strategic plans.
