What the coming year will prepare the financial sector of our country?

Central bank of Russian Federation embarked on the reorganization of the financial sector. Measure them somewhat rigid and radical, and purpose of these activities yet remain elusive. Because of the specificity of the banking system of Russia, the country needs measured monetary policy, purified from the pursuit of West.
