Borrowing experience in public selfregulation

Self-regulatory organizations in the countries with developed market economies operate in virtually all areas of business, quite a long time. Therefore, the study of their experience seems necessary for domestic law, as well as studies in different jurisdictions special ways that are most effective for regulating the Russian civil legal relations in the sphere of self-regulation.
