Legal system governing the activities of the WTO in the field of arbitration

The basis of the legal system governing the activities of the WTO in the field of arbitration, is the desire to standardize the rules and regulations of WTO, its member in order to create a single legal space for foreign economic activity. Hence the idea of a supranational legal system of the WTO and the need to equalize the conditions of international relations. WTO legal system aimed at reaching agreements between the parties, which developed a mechanism of arbitration. Finally, the system of the WTO corresponds to the restatement lex mercatoria. It is an occasion to address the issue of recognition of the documentary possibilities of their use in resolving disputes in the Russian international commercial law.
