Method of forming the market price of sugar in Ukraine

The authors studied the state and prospects of development of the sugar market of Ukraine. Analyzed and systematized indicators of sugar beet cultivation and production of the main product - sugar. The main reasons for the decrease of efficiency and propose measures to improve the situation in the industry. In addition, the mechanism of formation of sugar prices and the technique of setting prices based on market development and competition.
