Some problems of law & practice for damages

Question relationship between the concepts of "harm ", " damage " and " loss" in the law literature and practice is controversial. In connection with this article conducted a systematic study the concepts of "harm", "injury" and " loss ." Concluded that damages can not be equated with compensation for damage or loss, because it is not equivalent concepts. There are different concepts. In addition , the issues of compensation for loss of profits .
