Immunity as a retreat from the constitutional principle of equality for certain categories of persons

In the article the necessity to provide special status of certain categories of persons the Most investigated the need for allocation in the light of the constitutional principle of equality of immunity as head of state, the immunity of parliamentarians and judges. The article is marked with a special legal regime, which allows to allocate the situation of the relevant entities, extend the capabilities to meet those or other interests of the state. The article noted that privileges to some categories of persons are peculiar exceptions, lawful exceptions for specific persons, established in special legal regulations.
