Insurance is a tool to protect the public interest. It increases insurance investment potential and an opportunity to increase the status and wealth of the nation, being a strategic sector of the economy. In modern conditions, when there is a huge range of dangers and threats, it will reduce the loss of insurance upon the occurrence of insured events. No one individual or legal entity can not do without insurance services that provide insurance guarantees when the insured risk and promotes material prosperity under different circumstances, this can be traced and the relevance of innovative development of the insurance market.
