In modern conditions the successful activity of economic entities without periodic financial and other aid from the outside, it became almost impossible. Need of additional funds attraction is the need to cover the current expenses of the organizations, as well as their long-term capital investments in manufacturing, construction and other branches of economy. Sources of attracted funding and other resources are created for these purposes, specialized financial institutions and legal persons having General legal capacity. In addition, by virtue of applicable civil legislation, individuals may also be members of debt relations, both in household, and in entrepreneurial activity. Credit in a broad sense is a system of economic relations arising from the transfer of property in cash or in kind among persons on other conditions of return and, as a rule, the payment of interest for the temporary use of the transferred property. There are a Bank loan and a loan.
