Experience of foreign countries in the direction of combating illegal encashment

This article describes the experience of foreign countries to counteract illegal encashment and specific provisions of criminal legislation of foreign countries to combat illegal acts connected with illegal cashing of funds; consider the concept of "obeznalichivanie" funds.
