New stochastic method of econometric analysis of financial flows - the economy of the future Russian or utopia?

the article, based on such well recognized fact that used to date methods, mainly combinatorial not always optimal, are caused by reasons that Russia needs economic reform, moreover, indicated the need for improvement of the model, or even create a new one, which to the construction of an optimal portfolio of securities would give the most exhaustive answers to the most important questions about the number of factors that must be considered when predicting yield. Are thinking about whether it is possible such innovations in the Russian Federation or, today, such a task, unfortunately, beyond the power of Russian politicians.
