The prosecutor in civil and arbitration process: the improvement of the mechanism of participation

based on the analysis of the existing civil and administrative procedural law deals with the problems and ways to improve the participation of the Prosecutor in a civil case in the court of General jurisdiction, the participation of the Prosecutor in the arbitration process, the conclusion is that the knowledge of prosecutors procedural peculiarities of consideration of cases arising from public legal relations, will improve the quality of preparation of the statements in the cases referred to above and will contribute to a more effective protection of the rights of citizens.
