On the development strategy of the science of corporate finance in Russia

Relevance of the topic multicomponent. It is defined: the place of corporate finance in the public finances and financial science; the role of corporate finance, as an opportunity to influence the state of the economy; value of corporate finance as the basis for building long-term and ongoing development of the economy, public finances and the banking system. The article presents the interpretation of the development strategy of the science of corporate finance in relation to Russia. Author made an attempt to justify the need for and the feasibility of modifying the science of corporate finance in the direction of the transformation of established ideas on individual actual monetary and financial matters of corporate governance, which is of great scientific and practical importance. Considered critical questions of theory and practice of corporate finance. With specific examples related to the organization and management of corporate finances, shows the feasibility of updating and refinement, change and development of certain provisions of the modern science of corporate finance in the direction of increasing their scientific basis, to fill gaps and to increase proximity to the actual practical finance.
