Dynamic risk assessment of the design of State Programs

Dynamic analysis is based on the study of specific indicators in dynamics development. It is based on the calculation of indicators such as the absolute growth, growth rate, growth rate, the absolute value of one percent increase on the construction series. The investment activity is a prerequisite for sustainable economic growth in the region. Diagnostic analysis occurring there investment processes enable competently assess the conduct of investment territorial policy.
