Develop a road map of the project and the use of controlling the implementation of the project of restructuring the oil and gas companies

The article presents the author's technique of the restructuring project roadmapping in Oil&Gas company which aimed to strengthen the coordination of the key performers and to optimize the use of available resources. The presented technique is supported by the mechanism of response and control of changes during the project implementation, which was presented in the article on the example of controlling method.
