Legal bases of activity of the customs authorities new member States of the Customs Union in the fight against trafficking in cultural values

The article analyzes the legal basis of activities of customs authorities of the member States of the Customs Union in the fight against trafficking in cultural values. Special attention is paid to the activity of the enterprises, aimed at improving the legal basis of the activity of customs bodies of the Customs Union member States in combating trafficking in cultural values.
