The new criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of modern banking services

New technologies are forcing customers become more demanding to the quality of services, they want to receive services more quickly, have a variety of channels for service delivery. In this context, the approaches to assessing the quality of modern banking services are discussed, the criteria and indicators of quality are offered.
