The impact of the realization of human potential on international migration

The article describes the formation and impact of The Happy Planet Index and The Human Development Index to the attractiveness of countries and population migration in the world. Reports submitted by the international organizations that concerning the calculation of these indexes, had been analyzed and the analysis of the countries with the most comfortable and uncomfortable living conditions had been made.
