The paper analyzes the causes and mechanisms of endogenous state of crisis in the economy based on the analysis of the relationships stocks-flows and flows-flows. The stability of these relations is characteristic of norms of behavior of economic agents in the context of sustainable economic growth. It was found that the test conditions of permanence relations flows-flows, flows-stocks and stocks-stocks allows you to set the necessary conditions for sustainable economic growth.
