Mechanism for increasing the efficiency of the innovative development of the domestic aviation indastry

This article reviews aspects of innovative development of the domestic aviation industry. Analyzed measures of financial support for the industry in the framework of the federal target programs. The mechanisms of support for scientific and technical research aimed at technological breakthrough. The author suggests the implementation of the strategy of scientific and technological breakthroughs in sectors with a fundamental, scientific and conversion basis.
