The estimation of use validity of para-tariff measures as a tool for state regulation of foreign trade

The article discusses possible methods of state regulation through the introduction of para-tariff measures, which is a fairly large group of instruments, the main characteristic of which is the financial and economic impact on import flows. In terms of increasing impact of international integration associations on the foreign policy of individual countries para-tariff measures of state influence are beginning to play an increasingly important role in shaping the financial flows of all States parties to various international integration associations.
