This article discusses the issues of justice, which today stand out from all the rest as particularly relevant. Globalization, affecting all aspects of life in modern society, acts primarily on the economy of consumption, engaging in the turnover of each individual. In accordance with the tasks, as individual States and the entire international community needs to form the conscience of the free man, at the same time, responsible citizen of the world.
