Quality of institutional environment and modernization of social welfare in Russia

This article defines the forms of social welfare, reviews the institutional environment as a factor of modernization of economy and social welfare, systemizes the different indicators of quality of institutional environment and analyses the institutional environment in modern Russia in context of modernization of economy and social welfare.
