The specific features of public-private partnership application in the air transport sector

The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of public-private partnership (PPP) the air transport industry. The main aspects of the PPP mechanism are discussed, the examples of its successful implementation in different countries are studied, and the using of several tools in Russian Federation are considered. It was found that the cooperation in the PPP format is of benefit to both the state and the airlines and the airport operators because of more opportunities for the development appearance, and the effective structure of airport management building.
