Development of legal regulation of educational guarantees for persons with disabilities in Russia

the Russian legislation, in the development of the fundamental international documents in the field of education, provides for the principle of equal rights to education for all citizens, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, place of residence, attitude to religion, convictions, membership in political organizations (associations), age, state of health. The legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education in accordance with international standards provides guarantees equal rights to education for persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities.
