Questions additional qualification of complicity in a crime

This article discusses selected issues additional qualifications of complicity in the crime. The author noted that an additional qualification of the acts of each of the other partners is dependent on their legislative performance. Thus it is necessary to identify those characteristics that are reflected in paras 3 to 5 of article 33 of the criminal code.
