Complicity in the crime in criminal law of RF

based on the analysis of the modern theory of the Russian criminal law set forth two views of the structure of joint participation: the non-self recognition properties of complicity, as well as independent forms of crime. The conclusion is made about the system posing questions of complicity, is possible only when two-way communication, and other complicity impossible. Justified the establishment of the general part of criminal acts in the actions of partners. The resolution of the problem of causation of behavior partners with criminal consequences not represented possible.
