The impruving of the principles taxation by the classic political economy

The article discusses the contribution to the theory of taxation classics of political economy. W. Petty, A. Smith, D. Ricardo, J. S. Mill among them. The taxation method appears in its development. This allows one to determine precisely the role of the classics in creating the foundations of taxation.
