The multidimensionality of phenomenon of "quality" in the postindustrial society

Two of the essence of the phenomenon of "Quality" shows in this article. The article says what qualities has a post-industrial society. It says what method to evaluate the quality. In conclusion, the author examines the service quality of Enterprise Information Systems as one of the most illustrative examples.
